How can you save me time and money?

What service do you offer?

We provide a database that is populated with apartments, duplexes, condos, houses and townhouses and other rentals all over Denver metro area and the surrounding cities. The database is updated in real-time so that new rentals will show up in the listings the second that they are posted. We routinely call the landlords and update our listings to make sure that you won't waste any time calling on an place that has already been occupied.

Rental properties that are listed with us are cross-indexed in our custom built search engine so you can search by all of the important details, such as price, location, size; and even some more obscure criteria like Transit services and shopping areas or nearby park.

All of the contact information for the landlords is immediately available for members, so you can start making calls at once without having to go through a middle-man.

If you need assistance with using our services or the home hunting process you can get in touch with us using the Contact Us link at the top of the page, or by calling our office. 303-759- 5457

What is different about your service and other referral services?

We go the extra mile.

We hire full time drivers to scout neighborhoods for rental signs.

We have more than 1 or 2 people actually updating our database. We have 10-15 referral agents working daily to find that perfect rental for you.

We offer more services and options to landlords.

Our service is renewable for FREE, until you rent a place.

We offer a free listing service to ALL landlords.

We even feature Landlords on our home pages who work with bad credit and negotiable deposits.

We feature properties in all price ranges.

How do you get all these properties?

We are in touch with every property management company. We contact all landlords listing homes in the newspapers. We work with most major web sites and we even have drivers out looking for signs in the yards. This makes us the only company working with 98% of everything on the market.

Do you handle option-to-buy rentals?

Yes We do.

This is a great time to take advantage of the housing market. Rent to own allows many of those with credit challenged history to actually become a home owner.

What is Section 8? Do you list properties that accept Section 8?

Yes, we do list properties that accept Section 8. The Section 8 certificate and voucher programs are housing assistance programs funded by the US government and administered by local housing authorities. Since not all our landlords are aware of the program, however, you might want to consider rentals that don't specify whether they accept the voucher.

What will I get when I sign up?

When you subscribe to our services you will receive complete access to our extensive database, which we guarantee will be enough time for you to find an rental home. In fact, most people find an apartment within a week!

All of the rentals in our listings have full contact information for the landlord, including an email address if they submitted one. Most of the rentals listed have full color photos, and some even include multiple photo sets! Rentals in our database are cross-indexed by a vast array of criteria, such as appliances, baths, types of parking, pet screening, views, public transit and much much more.

In addition to the rental database, you will also receive the benefit of being able to call and speak with a live representative for apartment hunting advice. Members also receive a complementary consultation with one of our agents. Just make an appointment to stop by our office and we will discuss your options. We live in the Denver area too and have been working in rental referral service for more than 20 years, so we can answer many questions about renting houses and apartments.

We take our job very seriously and we make every effort to make our services as comprehensive and intuitive as possible.

When should I sigh up?

It is a good idea to start looking for an rental home within 30 to 60 days before your estimated move date, as this will give you plenty of time to make lots of calls and complete any paperwork that is necessary. If you start looking before that time frame many of the apartments that you see will probably be rented by the time that you get ready to move, and not many landlords will be willing to hold an apartment for very long.

What’s an Open House?

That is where Landlords or property managers will set up certain dates and times that they will actually be at the location to show the property and answer questions.

Just some of the cities we are currently working with.
